The built in hardware provides Phoenix, Smartmouse, JDM and AVR SPI mode for PIC, AVR and EEPROM based smartcards. Using a serial/COM port ensures existing 3rd party software compatibility. All modes are easily changed via the Multi Selection software by pressing a single button. The supplied CardPro software switches automatically between the modes and programs most smartcards in a very easy way.
Because of the power effiency of the programmer and the lack of an extra power supply, this programmer is ideal for Laptop users.

The programmers is powered by the PS2 port, while communicating over the COM port. Thanks to the innovative design, the PS2 port can still be used by other peripherals. A cable for connection with your PC is included.
